Geoengineering Condemned By Canadian Government Official

Though the halls of governments are filled with elected officials who have long since sold their honor, there are outstanding exceptions. Bill Vander Zalm, the former Canadian Premier for British Columbia, is one such exception. Vander Zalm recently visited Redding, California, where we met and discussed the subject of global climate intervention programs. In the interview below the former Canadian Premier speaks candidly about global climate engineering and his efforts to uncover information from the Canadian government about it. Our once thriving biosphere is imploding, converging catastrophes are closing in from every direction, and even now the majority of the masses are completely unaware. Does this fact mean the efforts to sound the alarm are futile? Absolutely not. Denial of reality will not be an option for much longer, and in the meantime, it is essential for us all to do everything in our power to pass on critical and verifiable information.
The battle to expose and halt climate engineering has been very long and arduous, but we must not lose our stride in this most critical fight. Each and every one of us is needed to help to move the fight forward, each and every one of us must play our part.

Geoengineering The Polar Regions: The Chemical Ice Nucleation Factor

It's official, one of the largest icebergs ever recorded just broke off from Antarctica. This extraordinary ice calving event happened in spite of it being the middle of winter at the South Pole. It happened in spite of the all out climate engineering chemical ice nucleation assault being carried out on both polar regions.
Due to extreme intimidation by the current administration and its fossil fuel industry / military industrial complex appointees (previous administrations as well), the science community is generally afraid and thus unwilling to speak candidly about the Larsen C collapse (or climate engineering), its causes, and its ramifications.
Chemical ice nucleation processes must be seen to be believed. The vast majority have no idea how powerful chemical ice nucleating / endothermic reacting materials are. The vast majority have no idea that such chemicals are being utilized by the global climate engineering cabal on a massive scale. The use of such patented processes is not just for engineering winter storms on a rapidly warming world, but the same chemical elements are being used to artificially / chemically nucleate ice on sea surfaces. Power structure funded disinformation individuals and sources, of course, never mention chemical ice nucleation (and its use by the geoengineers) while putting out completely false information about "global cooling" or "global warming is a hoax". Such false narratives are extremely harmful to the critical cause of exposing and halting climate engineering. Such false narratives are also exactly what the power structure and the climate engineers want. The climate science community also toes the line for the power structure and the geoengineers by never mentioning the ongoing climate engineering insanity in any way. To do otherwise is a very bad career decision, or worse. The illegal federal gag order on all National Weather Service (NWS) and all all National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) employees (courtesy of the Obama administration) is further proof of this fact. Sea surface chemical ice nucleation creates extremely anomalous patterns that resemble a chemical spill dispersion (because that is exactly what these patterns are). The recent NASA satellite images below (taken in the polar regions) provide shocking proof of these sea surface patterns.

Historically unprecedented completely uniform "ice balls" are now often showing up along the shores of water bodies where ice nucleating materials are being dispersed.
"Ice balls" on the Baltic Coast in Northern Poland. "Official" sources say this recent unprecedented phenomenon is just "natural", are we to believe them?
"Ice balls" have formed and accumulated on Lake Michigan in the last few years, why? Such "ice balls" have even formed on lake water that was 40 degrees, how is this possible at temperatures far above the normal freezing point? Without chemical ice nucleation, it isn't possible.
Ice balls on the coast of Finland. The "official" explanation for this recent mysterious anomaly? Again, we are told this historically unprecedented phenomenon is just a "natural" occurrence.
For decades, the climate engineers have been able to mask the true degree of planetary meltdown with various processes like chemical ice nucleation (the Chinese government openly admitted their use of chemical ice nucleation for weather modification). But we must consider at what cost has this grand deception come? Geoengineering has created short term toxic cool-downs at the cost of an even worse overall long term planetary warming. Not only are all climate engineering elements highly toxic, but by chemically nucleating sea surfaces in the polar regions the climate engineers are actually preventing rapidly warming seas from releasing their heat. This in turn is further fueling the thawing of formerly frozen methane seabed deposits. The releasing methane then greatly contributes to feedback loops which, in turn, radically worsen the overall warming of the planet. Over a 10 year time horizon, methane is over 100 times more potent as a greenhouse gas than C02.
Global sea ice extent (surface area) has continued to decline rapidly in spite of (and in many ways because of) the decades long global climate engineering / chemical ice nucleation programs. "Official sources" have also long since resorted to manipulating data in order to help hide the implosion of Earth's ice deposits (the cryosphere). For example, any sea surface area in the polar regions that has 15% or more of surface slush is "officially" considered to be part of the ice pack. Isn't such an area of sea surface still 85% open ocean? Of course.
The volume, or mass of the sea ice, is the real bottom line. Even with the unimaginably extensive sea surface chemical ice nucleation onslaught by the geoengineers, the Arctic sea ice volumes have continued to plummet as shown in the graph above.
The color-coded ice mass / thickness graphs above are a further illustration of the rapid ice thinning in the Arctic.
Temperatures in the far north are rising rapidly as is reflected by the increasingly sharp decline of freezing degree days, as shown in the above graph.
The GISS temperature anomaly map above reflects the changes that are rapidly occurring on our planet.
A recent GISS high temperature anomaly map reflects even more accelerated warming, especially in the Arctic.
In addition to utilizing climate engineering / solar radiation management, and chemical ice nucleation, to cover up the true extent of planetary warmimg (while actually worsening the overall warming scenario in the process), various data sources have also been manipulated in the past in order to further mask the unfolding climate meltdown. Recent assessments of all data sources has now made clear that not only was there never any "hiatus" in the rising temperatures, the planetary warming is actually accelerating rapidly.
All available data indicates that the overall global climate engineering assault has been further ramped up under the Trump administration, especially over the polar regions shown in the surface temperature map below.
The "Temperature Departure From Average" map below further reveals the areas of concentration for climate engineering orchestrated chemical cool-downs and sea surface chemical ice nucleation (also fueling extreme hail events). The extremely varied temperature extremes are indicative of the "weather whiplash" effect being created by global geoengineering programs. Greenland, Siberia, and Antarctica, should be noted as climate engineering concentration areas due to the grave ramifications posed by the melting ice and / or frozen methane deposits in these regions. But, again, this must be remembered and considered, the climate engineers are further worsening the overall long term warming of the planet in their attempt to mask the warming over the short term. This is in addition to geoengineering programs shredding the ozone layer, totally disrupting the hydrological cycle, and completely contaminating the biosphere.
As the state of the climate and biosphere rapidly worsens, the more aggressive disinformation sites and sources will become in the attempt to cover up the threat. Sites and sources that do not post credible and verifiable front line data. Sites and sources that are proficient at putting out pacifying lies that the majority of the population chooses to believe because the unvarnished truth is very difficult (but necessary) to face. Disinformation sites and sources try to claim that there is nothing wrong with the climate (while completely omitting any mention of climate engineering), that the oceans are fine, the environment is fine, and that anyone who says otherwise is just an "alarmist". The disinformation sites often simply cite past predictions from various individuals and sources (that have not yet come to pass) as proof that everything is fine because Wal-Mart is still open and McDonalds is still selling Big Macs. Anyone that chooses to believe such a baseless argument for "everything is fine", is a part of the problem. Denial won't save us, denial won't save the planet on which our lives and our collective reality depends. A truly healthy mind does not run from the truth, rather, it is willing to face it head on, no matter how dire the truth is. On the current course (short of a complete change of direction by our species), our days are numbered. The greatest and most immediate threat we face, short of nuclear cataclysm, is climate engineering (which also must be considered weather and biological warfare). The greatest leap we could collectively make in the right direction at this late hour is to fully expose and halt the ongoing climate engineering insanity. First world populations like those of the US and Western Europe have, so far, shown little awareness, understanding, or concern in regard to the rapidly converging challenges we collectively face. So many are all too willing to embrace and accept any lie they are fed that fits with their ideology and comfort zones. False data, power structure propaganda and media mass deception cannot hide the unimaginable realities we face for much longer. What does Mr. Trump mean when he says he will "make America great again"? Is Trump's pledge to revive the nuclear industry a part of that promise? The same nuclear industry that has (along with the US military) already officially dumped 90,543 containers of nuclear waste into the world's oceans? How many other counties have done the same? And all of this toxic waste dumping is on top of the rest of the nuclear contamination parade that is going on all over the globe from catastrophes like Fukushima and Chernobyl. And then there is, of course, the accelerating climate engineering insanity to contend with, what is occurring on that front? From countless directions the human race is pulling the noose around its own neck. If we destroy the planet's life support systems, we destroy ourselves, can the masses be awakened in time to turn the tide? The July 8th installment of Global Alert News is below.

The Threats We Face: Q & A

If the human race is to have any chance of long term survival, there are critical issues that must be fully exposed and dealt with. Raising community awareness about critical issues is a process. Societal programming, normalcy bias and groupthink ideologies take time to break down. There are countless ways to fuel the flames of the waking up process, but consistently sharing hard hitting front-line verifiable data is key. Organizing regular community informative documentary film screenings with subsequent question and answer sessions are an effective way of helping people to see and understand the converging catastrophes we collectively face. In Redding, California, just such an effort has been ongoing, my deepest gratitude to all the activists and individuals who have assisted with the organization of these community awareness raising events. Climate Engineering Cover-Up: Ship Tracks And Jet Spraying

NASA tells us that the shockingly visible and very extensive "tracks" (or trails) being witnessed on satellite imagery over oceans (like the ones shown below) are ALL the result of pollution being produced by ships, which is in turn creating "clouds".
Scientists are interested in ship tracks because they want to understand how human emissions influence clouds and, ultimately, Earth’s climate. (NASA)
Ship tracks have shown that clouds that form around man-made aerosols are brighter than other clouds. Man-made aerosols are smaller than natural particles, so the clouds that form around man-made aerosols are made up of smaller cloud droplets. A cloud made of many smaller droplets reflects more light than a cloud made of few larger droplets, since the surface of each droplet reflects light. The brighter clouds that result from man-made aerosols reflect more of the Sun’s light back into space, decreasing the amount of light that reaches the Earth’s surface. This interaction of man-made aerosols with clouds has cooled the Earth, offsetting global warming, though scientists are still not sure by how much. More accurate predictions of future warming depend on understanding how much cooling the brighter clouds provide… (NASA)
Is it rational to fully accept the "ship tracks" explanation from NASA as the ONLY source of the trails we so clearly see in the following images? NASA, of course, does not in any way acknowledge the ongoing geoengineering / solar radiation management jet aircraft dispersions. We must consider and remember that any method of delivering toxic particles into the atmosphere (ship despersions or jet aircraft despersions) are forms of climate engineering / intervention which are inflicting immense damage to the overall life support systems of the planet.
In the startling photograph above, nearly the entire Eastern Pacific is covered with a blanket of atmospheric haze and what NASA exclusively labels as "ship tracks".
In reality, NASA is nothing more than a military industrial complex contractor for the power structure, deceiving the public has always been a major part of this agency's mission. Let's consider NASA's official position on geoengineering (or "chemtrails"), NASA, NOAA, NWS, and the USAF tell us the relentless bombardment of atmospheric particulate spraying in our skies is all just "contrails". Is this explanation in any way credible? If the design characteristics of the modern high bypass turbofan jet engine are taken into account, NASA's official "just contrails" narrative can be seen for what it is, total deception. Below is a satellite animation loop that clearly reveals numerous extremely long trails (some well over 500 miles in length) covering much of the Eastern Pacific off of the west coast of North America.
NASA tells us these are ALL just "ship tracks" from ship engine combustion exhaust created by standard commercial shipping vessels, but is this official explanation reasonable in all cases? First, with the extreme volume of shipping traffic operating in the Eastern Pacific, why would only a select percentage of ships leave such long and blatantly visible "tracks"?

Next, why would shipping companies (that are extremely cost conscious of the staggering amount of fuel their ships consume) allow their vessels to meander over the oceans in sometimes haphazard patterns and directions? Some of the largest ships can burn nearly 400 tons of fuel per day, their primary objective is to take the shortest possible routes for obvious economic reasons. Why would a commercial ship plot a course along some of the "ship track" trajectories we see on satellite images? (Wind movement / drift of "tracks" cannot account for many of the observed trail directional anomalies).

The objective of shipping vessel traffic is to get from port to port by the shortest most direct route possible as the graphic above clearly reflects.
The clustering and grid pattern like formations (of what we are officially told is just naturally occurring "ship tracks" due to combustion engine exhaust) should cause any objective and analytical individual to take pause regarding the official narrative on this phenomenon. When we can say with certainty that top military commanders have long since considered the disintegrating climate system to be the top national security threat, and when we know that "marine cloud brightening" is a primary form of "proposed" climate engineering, it is reasonable to conclude this form of planetary geoengineering is exactly what we are witnessing. But, the remaining question is still this, are all the "trails / tracks" we are seeing over the oceans exclusively from ships as NASA would have us believe? Or are many of the long uniform "trails / tracks actually aircraft dispersions just as we see over land?

Let's again consider that many of the "ship tracks" we see on radar remain fairly uniform in width for distances of 500 to 600 miles and even more. When we take into account the mathematics of this equation, the "ship tracks" narrative becomes questionable at best in numerous cases. Many of the largest container ships are now traveling at speeds as low as 12 knots in order to reduce fuel consumption. At this speed, some of the longest "tracks" we see in satellite images could take 2 to 3 days to lay out. Are we to believe that such long and uniform "tracks" would remain in tact for up to several days? Especially if the source of the atmospheric particle dispersion occurred at sea level from the smoke stack of a slow moving ship? Geoengineering particulate dispersions from jet aircraft can spread out and cover the skyline in time frames of an hour or less. Why would we believe the "ship tracks" hold a uniform shape for so long over distances of up to 500 or 600 miles or more? Below is a shocking photo of what NASA would have us believe is just "condensation trails" from normal air traffic. Would any rational person accept such a blatant and glaring official lie?
Populations around the globe have so far, unfortunately, accepted the "commercial air traffic condensation trail" official lie that is fed to them by agencies and the vast majority of government sponsored academia.
The jet aircraft particulate dispersion trails in the photo above are similar in size and length to what NASA says are just "ship tracks" over the oceans.
Let's consider the satellite image of the south eastern US shown above, the jet dispersed particulate trails over land clearly match those over te oceans. Since these are, of course, jet sprayed particulate trails over the continental US (and not "ship tracks"), are we seeing jet aircraft sprayed dispersions over the oceans in this image? If the latter is true, why are there no "ship tracks" on this day along the whole of the US east coast? We must all thoroughly examine all available facts before coming to conclusions.
Global dimming is an undisputed ongoing scenario on our planet and is a direct result of atmospheric particulate loading (the exact goal of climate engineering / solar radiation management). Low altitude jet aircraft particulate dispersions / spraying can be clearly seen over the oceans from shoreline locations on days with the conducive conditions for such observations. Marine cloud brightening is one of many known objectives of the climate engineering criminal cabal (as is ocean fertilization). The over the ocean operations are likely being carried out with both jet aircraft and sea surface vessels (all such operations are, of course, highly toxic and of grave concern). There is a mountain of data to confirm that global climate engineering has long since been a lethal reality. This data includes patents, government documents, inarguable film footage of jet aircraft spraying, and countless photographs of ongoing atmospheric aerosol spraying operations. There is also the on the record dire climate disintegration concerns of military leaders which are well known (and have long since been publicized). Why wouldn't any rational person conclude the obvious? Climate engineering has long since been fully deployed all over the world. The climate scientist community (and corporate media) betrayal of the truth (for a paycheck and a pension) is a primary reason that the "condensation trail" lie persists and thus the public largely remains oblivious to the ongoing climate engineering operations. Illegal federal gag orders on all NWS and NOAA employees is another major factor in the ongoing climate engineering cover-up. The ardent denial of geoengineering by some climate scientists can only be considered extremely fanatical and alarming. What are they being threatened with? What is the bottom line with the climate science communities conclusions about climate engineering (when asked to state their opinion ON THE RECORD)? A recent survey of nearly 1500 scientists by the "Legal Alliance to Stop Geoengineering" (LASG) was very revealing. Not one of this massive number of academicians was willing to deny climate engineering on the record, not one. The ongoing climate engineering insanity is mathematically the most destructive form of anthropogenic activity yet inflicted on our once thriving planet. Every single awake and aware individual is desperately needed in the critical battle to expose and halt climate engineering, reaching a critical mass of awareness is the only way forward.

Convenient catastrophes continue to provide the power structure the premise they need to fan the flames of the public's fears. The Manchester suicide bombing is the latest tragedy that paved the way for troops to be put in the streets. The brutal Saudi dictatorship yet again receives the full support of US government and the weapons industry. The US military "lost track of" over a billion dollars worth of weapons in Iraq last year alone. How many terrorist groups benefited from this "lost" military hardware? The "Doomsday Seed Vault" that they said would never thaw out, did, now what? China is struggling to feed its massive population while parts of South America are spiraling into anarchy and chaos. The same is underway in Africa where new reports state that the US military has no less than 100 missions going on at any given point in time. The latest installment of Global Alert News is below.

How can we wake people up to the ongoing global climate engineering assault when so many have been so completely conditioned to deny this most dire issue? Shocking and compelling visual images are the most effective approach. The one and a half minute video below contains undeniable film footage of a jet aircraft spray dispersion of aerosols into the atmosphere. Visual proof is the most powerful key to raising awareness. Sharing this kind of visual proof on social media networks is an effective method of sounding the alarm.
Waking someone up to something they don't want to hear about and don't want to know is an extremely difficult task, programmed denial is epidemic in our society. Simple straightforward visual tools are (in most cases) the best introduction method. In addition to the many compelling aircraft spraying videos that can be shared online, an effective informational flyer is almost always far more impactful than a verbal dissertation for face to face introductions to the climate engineering / weather warfare issue. "A picture is worth a thousand words" as the saying goes. In the last 4 years GeoengineeringWatch.org has printed and distributed well over 500,000 color glossy 2 sided flyers. A total of nearly 40,000 flyers have been circulated in Northern California's "Record Searchlight" newspaper (even though the "Record Searchlight" editorial staff itself has done all they can to deny the climate engineering reality). In late 2016 almost 42,000 GeoengineeringWatch.org flyers were distributed by the Sonoma County Press Democrat. Most recently, on April 28th, 2017, approximately 50,000 Geoengineering Watch flyers were circulated within the pages of the Sacramento Bee.

The animation below clearly documents transmitter manipulation of Pacific moisture along the US west coast.
The radio frequency / microwave transmitter animation above confirms the profound effect such transmissions have on precipitation and weather / climate patterns. This transmitter location is south west of Eureka, California.
Transmitters like the one shown below are scattered all over the country and throughout many regions of the world. This is only one example, there are numerous other types and sizes of RF / microwave transmitters including massive ionosphere heater installations like HAARP.

There is an already massive grid of climate intervention transmitters is constantly being expanded. The NEXRAD map below of the US is just an example of active RF / microwave transmitters. Various regions are active at various times depending on the agenda of the weather-makers.
Generally, the more atmospheric moisture there is in a particular region, the more active the transmitters are in that region.
The geoengineers can and are manipulating cloud formations and weather systems to a degree that is truly unimaginable and alarming. The satellite images below are further proof of this fact.
Weather system cloud configurations like the one shown above are historically unprecedented and completely unnatural.
90 degree corners on weather systems (and the associated cloud formations) is not a natural phenomenon. Such profound anomalies are the result of extreme climate engineering processes which include RF / microwave transmissions.
Square clouds are one of the blatantly inarguable confirmations of climate engineering operations.
Massive flows of atmospheric moisture are being manipulated by the weather-makers. Radio frequency / microwave transmissions are a major factor in this manipulation. The animation below is a glaring case in point. Extreme flows of moisture are taking a very anomalous northward streaming trajectory. This atmospheric river is then directed back toward the west where it is drawn into a low pressure zone stationed right over Quebec, Canada, where catastrophic record flooding has just occurred. Now let's consider the following points, the animation below was captured on May 8th, only one day after this headline from May 7th: "Canada Threatens To Play Hardball With Trump Over Lumber Tariffs" (this conflict has been escalating in recent weeks).
Quebec was not the only part of Canada to get pounded with record flooding following the well publicized conflict with the US, catastrophic flooding has also just occurred in other provinces across Canada.
Weather warfare is not theory, speculation, or conjecture, it has been a well documented historical fact for over a half century. Any and every form of climate manipulation / should and must be considered a form of weather warfare. Climate engineering / solar radiation management programs are now being pushed by the climate science community and governments around the globe as mitigation for Earth's unraveling climate system. The power structure and mainstream media continue to try and pretend geoengineering / weather warfare has not already been going on for over 70 years (with catastrophic consequences). The latest completely engineered chemically ice nucleated "snowstorm" has devastated crops and killed as many as 10,000 cows. The Saudis now own major US oil infrastructure with the full support of our criminal government. The Saudis are also enjoying the US government's support of their ruthless bombing of Yemen, one of the poorest nations in the world. The military industrial complex is ramping up their aggression on countless fronts with president Trump as their new mascot. Climate Engineering Completely Manipulating Precipitation

For many decades a covert global collaboration of governments has participated in the complete manipulation / disruption of the planet's weather and climate systems. There are many agendas being carried out in our skies by these global powers, none of these agendas are benevolant. The degree to which the weather-makers can manipulate precipitation is difficult to fully comprehend, the effect on populations and the planet has been devastating. The NASA satellite image below reveals extreme aerosol spraying operations being carried out in the Eastern Pacific over major flows of atmospheric moisture migrating toward the West Coast of the US.
A large component of the jet aircraft sprayed aerosols are electrically conductive heavy metals like aluminum and barium. These elements assist the weather makers with their constant manipulation of precipitation events.
Extremely powerful radio frequency / microwave transmissions are another primary means by which the weather makers manipulate heavily aerosolized flows of precipitation. The very revealing animation below clearly illustrates the effects from a powerful radio frequency / microwave transmitter near Beale Air Force Base, California. By these methods those in power can effectively migrate rain over some regions and allow it to come down elsewhere, often in the form of a highly destructive deluge. The climate engineers decide where it rains, and where it does not. They decide how toxic the rain will be, or if a zone will be temporarily cooled down by chemical ice nucleation processes. From drought to record flooding deluges, the geoengineers are the ones pulling the levers. In addition to the climate intervention insanity, it is important to also remember and consider the countless other forms of anthropogenic damage to the climate system and the planet as a whole.
Large incoming cells of precipitation are completely dispersed by the Beale transmitter with none of the migrating rain actually precipitating past the transmitter site.
This next NASA image is a shockingly clear illustration of the climate engineering process already addressed in this article. A massive cloud formation off of the US West Coast has blatantly obvious signs of heavy aerosol spraying. This formation also has extremely unnatural borders due to radio frequency / microwave transmission manipulation.
The image above was captured as a massive high pressure dome was being set up over the US West Coast. This rain blocking heat producing scenario (termed the "ridiculously resilient ridge") was a primary causal factor in the record shattering California drought. Though much of California has been allowed to receive substantial rains this year, devastating drought could be put back in place by the climate engineers at any time.
The NOAA precipitation "forecast" (scheduled weather) map below is the latest example of the now unprecedented precipitation patterns.
Geoengineering is completely disrupting the global hydrological cycle.
A primary purpose of precipitation dispersion / migration / manipulation is to create largest possible expanse of cloud cover / haze, and to keep the moisture aloft and available for creating precipitation events and/or chemical ice nucleated cool-downs. Extreme weather whiplash scenarios are increasingly the norm as the desperation of the climate engineers continues to manifest.
Meteorologically unprecedented and completely engineered hot and cold zones now blot global temperature maps.
Every engineered (and highly toxic) chemical cool-down event that the geoengineers carry out comes at the cost of an even worse overall warming of the planet. It comes at the cost of an even more damaged ozone layer and an even more contaminated biosphere. The human race has inflicted countless forms of damage to our once thriving planet (with the ongoing geoengineering insanity at the top of the list). How much more can the planet take before complete biosphere implosion? If we remain on the current course, we will very soon find out. Completely unnatural square cloud formations continue to appear off of the North American west coast, why? All available data confirms that the last decade of record shattering drought in California was a direct result of covert global climate intervention programs. Now that the drought has been reduced or eliminated throughout much of the state, does this mean climate manipulation programs have been scaled back or halted? Not at all. The geoengineers control the flow of precipitation, that must be constantly kept in mind. A primary goal of "solar radiation management" (SRM) programs is to create, expand, enhance, and chemically cool (via chemical ice nucleation processes) cloud cover over the surface of the planet. Though the weather-makers have allowed and augmented the flow of Pacific moisture into the Western US this year (which has resulted in much more overall precipitation), the aerosol spraying assault and massive microwave manipulation of atmospheric moisture has continued to accelerate.
Significant zonal flows of moisture from the Pacific have in recent months been directed toward Northern California and the Northwest (as already stated), which contributed to significant precipitation totals. But, much of the moisture in these weather systems was in fact migrated over the West Coast in a desperate attempt by the geoengineers to cool inland regions of the US via atmospheric aerosol saturation and radio frequency/microwave transmissions (used to expand and disperse aerosolized cloud canopy). Short term toxic climate intervention cool-downs come at the cost of a worsened overall planetary warming. Climate engineering programs are not mitigation for Earth's imploding life support systems, rather, the ongoing weather warfare is further fueling the destruction of these systems.
The transmissions from the "Lost Coast" region of Northern California (southwest of Eureka) have become almost constant as the weather makers attempt to broadcast incoming rivers of moisture into the widest possible expanse. Transmission sites are located all over the country and all over the world. There are also SBX transmission facilities (sea based X-band radar which is also used for climate manipulation). New facilities are constantly being erected in a desperate attempt by the power structure to expand their weather modifying global radio frequency/microwave grid.
Not only are these extremely powerful transmissions completely disrupting weather and climate patterns, all life forms within the rapidly expanding broadcast zones are being exposed to these verifiably dangerous and damaging signals. What visible effect can the RF transmissions have on cloud system formations? The recently taken NASA satellite image below is an example. 90 degree angles with straight sides do not exist naturally in nature, such phenomenon are the result of massive geoengineering operations.
Yet another shocking example of radio frequency/microwave transmission effects is shown in the image below (also taken off the west coast of North America).
The combination satellite/radar image shown below was just captured. This image clearly reveals the climate engineering scenarios described in this article. The brighter the cloud cover is, the more aerosolized it is. "Cloud albedo enhancement" (CAE) is a component of climate engineering/SRM. Though official sources would have us believe that CAE processes are only a "proposal" for marine cloud formations that would be created with ship emissions, the ongoing jet aircraft aerosol dispersions in our skies are undeniable. The overall result of solar radiation management is vast areas of largely rainless cloud cover that blots out our once blue skies.
The creation of a "global dimming" scenario is a primary objective of geoengineering/SRM/CAE programs. Though overall atmospheric relative humidity has been declining as a result of climate engineering and global dimming (creating protracted drought in countless regions around the globe), catastrophic deluges and flooding are also increasing. The global climate engineering assault has completely derailed and disrupted the planetary hydrological cycle creating countless weather whiplash scenarios. The ongoing global climate engineering insanity must be fully exposed and halted, this is the great imperative. All of us need to make our voices heard in this most critical battle.

Anyone that summons the courage to honestly and objectively examine the wider horizon cannot avoid concluding that the current paradigm will not continue for much longer. The fossil fuel industry is being supplemented by over 5 trillion annually, the military industrial juggernaut of destruction continues to bomb and contaminate what is yet left of ocean life in the Eastern Pacific, while the US military prepares to invade Syria. Rising seas are causing increasing difficulties for coastal cities as record numbers of icebergs from the imploding Arctic are clogging some northern shipping lanes. As has been stated so many times on my previous broadcasts, biosphere implosion will fuel power structure desperation toward WWIIl. The latest installment of Global Alert News is below.

Microwave Transmissions And Sprayed Aerosols Continue To Manipulate California Precipitation

The ongoing global climate engineering operations are constantly being ramped up to ever higher levels, the all out assault against Earth's natural systems is relentless and growing. The geoengineers have for decades manipulated the flow of precipitation on our planet. The weather makers decide where it will rain, and where not. They decide how toxic the rain will be, or not. Who gave them this right? Though California has received significant precipitation this year in many locations, a great deal of additional rain is still being migrated over the state in order to be utilized by the climate engineers for their toxic operations further inland. The precipitation radar animation loop below is a glaring case in point. A very powerful radio frequency/microwave transmitter is located near the California coast just south of Eureka. This transmitter is constantly used to disperse the moisture from incoming storm systems.
The inability of precipitation to fully form in the radio frequency/microwave transmission zone is very evident in the above animation.

These extremely powerful radio frequency/microwave transmissions (from transmitters all over the world) are not only completely disrupting the hydrological cycle, they are devastating to the entire web of life.

How much longer can the web of life sustain the constant bombardment of toxic climate engineering aerosols and highly damaging microwave transmissions?

As our species approach the cliff, we are collectively hitting the accelerator, not the brakes. Could there be any silver lining to the increasingly catastrophic events that are battering populations around the globe? Trump Administration Backs Geoengineering, Full Disclosure Of The Climate Engineering Atrocities Grows Near

Many ask if the Trump administration knows about climate engineering, the short answer is yes. In January of 2016 Trump's top campaign representatives (and Carson's) attended a meeting at the home of a former USAF 2 star general (who is in direct communication with GeoengineeringWatch) which was specifically for educating them on the geoengineering issue. The Trump representatives and the Carson representatives were given full packages of GeoengineeringWatch.org informational materials (in addition to input on the climate engineering issue from the USAF general). What has been the response since the Trump administration took office? A doubling down on the climate engineering insanity.
The ongoing global geoengineering assault has long since inflicted catastrophic and irreparable damage to the biosphere, climate, and life support systems of our planet (along with countless other forms of anthropogenic activity). Under the Trump administration, enthusiasm appears to be growing for the controversial technology of solar geo-engineering, which aims to spray sulphate particles into the atmosphere to reflect the sun’s radiation back to space and decrease the temperature of Earth.
What is the true agenda of the weather warfare insanity being carried out in our skies? What are the ultimate objectives? Why would the Trump administration enthusiastically embrace, promote, and back geoengineering/climate intervention programs given the fact that Donald Trump and most of his appointees patently deny that there is any global warming in the first place? While geoengineering received little favour under Obama, high-level officials within the Trump administration have been long-time advocates for planetary-scale manipulation of Earth systems.

“Clearly parts of the Trump administration are very willing to open the door to reckless schemes like David Keith’s, and may well have quietly given the nod to open-air experiments,” said Silvia Riberio, with technology watchdog ETC Group. “Worryingly, geoengineering may emerge as this administration’s preferred approach to global warming. In their view, building a big beautiful wall of sulphate in the sky could be a perfect excuse to allow uncontrolled fossil fuel extraction. We need to be focussing on radical emissions cuts, not dangerous and unjust technofixes.”

… former House speaker and Trump confidant Newt Gingrich was one of the first to start publicly advocating for geoengineering.
“Geoengineering holds forth the promise of addressing global warming concerns for just a few billion dollars a year,” he said in 2008, before helping launch a geoengineering unit while he ran the right-wing think tank American Economic Enterprise. “We would have an option to address global warming by rewarding scientific innovation. Bring on American ingenuity. Stop the green pig.”

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has also appeared to support geoengineering, describing climate change as an “engineering problem.” ExxonMobil’s funding of the climate denial industry is under investigation by attorney generals in the United States, but it’s less well known that ExxonMobil scientists under Tillerson’s reign as CEO were leading developers of geo-engineering technologies
Asked about solutions to climate change at an ExxonMobil shareholder meeting in 2015, Tillerson said that a “plan B has always been grounded in our beliefs around the continued evolution of technology and engineered solutions.”
The ongoing atmospheric particulate (SRM) spraying is undeniable as film footage proves.
Geoengineers argue that such methods would be an inexpensive way to reduce global warming, but scientists have warned it could have catastrophic consequences for the Earth’s weather systems.
Scientific modeling has shown that stratospheric spraying could drastically curtail rainfall throughout Asia, Africa and South America, causing severe droughts and threatening food supply for billions of people.
Climate engineering is not a "proposal", it has long since been a lethal reality. Mainstream media has just officially admitted solar geoengineering experimentation is about to commence. Of course, the official cover-up of the blatant ongoing global climate engineering assault continues. NASA and other agencies are pushing egregious disinformation by naming geoengineering aerosol cloud formations as if they are somehow natural. The biosphere implosion continues unabated with a now official declaration of a total collapse of Pacific salmon that is being described as "cataclysmic". Environmental disintegration can only lead to economic unraveling. This process is not on the horizon, it is here. As many as 3500 major retail stores are closing their doors across the country. In other nations, the situation is already much worse. The true federal budget deficit is likely 100 trillion or more, but so long as the fictitiously valued stock market facade is maintained, few Americans yet care. Will stock portfolios matter if the planet no longer supports life? Near term extinction will be the outcome if the current course of the human race is not completely and immediately altered.
