If the NOAA map below does not shock you, it should. Raytheon supplies weather modeling for NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) and the National Weather Service. Raytheon is a major player with the ongoing climate engineering. The facts just mentioned add up to this, maps like the one below represent nothing less than the "scheduled weather". Global weather systems are completely manipulated and have been for a very long time. How far can the weather makers force the Earth's climate and life support systems to achieve their own agendas? How much more can the planet take? If climate engineering is not exposed and halted very soon, the consequences of these programs will eventually be total. The "forecast" map below shows departure from normal high temperatures (2-3 degrees for each color shade either above or below normal depending on the color shade). If the "scheduled" weather on this "forecast" map comes to pass, there will be record shattering high temperatures all over the Western US and Alaska while the US East will continue with engineered storms and record cold temperatures. This map shows what geoengineering is doing to our planet with shocking clarity, it should be contemplated and considered. The map below is the most alarming NOAA map of the US I have ever seen, the engineered extremes keep getting worse. The responsibility of exposing climate engineering rests on us all, make every day count in this fight.

Introductory note: Pablo Solon is a former Bolivian ambassador to the United Nations and head of a social activist think tank based in Bangkok. He is part of a tendency in the mainstream climate change movement that recognizes how the political initiative in that movement, particularly since the 2012 Copenhagen Summit, has been taken over by forces favouring the diametrical opposite of the “climate justice” his own tendency advocates. At the United Nations Climate Change conference in Durban in 2011 (Conference of the Parties (COP) 17, he said: ”The current relation with nature is through the market. You have to buy it. The problem with green economy is that they are saying capitalism has failed because we have not put a price on nature. The logic is that you do not take care of what does not have a price. We must change the paradigm of how we relate with Mother Earth. It is not a problem of compensation it is of restoration. The green economy will include insurance so that if your environmental property is damaged you will be compensated. We need a citizens tribunal for the environment”.
He has not responded to these comments below. Nor do I expect a response.
The military industrial complex has been completely out of control for so long that the consequences to life on Earth may soon be total. The US military leadership has virtually no regard for anything or anyone including its own soldiers. In the military's endless and insatiable quest to expand and control the entire planet and everyone on it, all is expendable. This includes the environment (even in its own country), and the citizens of the United States which it claims to defend. On Friday, March 13th, 2015, I travelled to Chico California to attend a public presentation on "abrupt climate change" by internationally recognized scientist Guy McPherson. Before Guy's evening presentation, a "round table" discussion was scheduled with McPherson, myself, two retired highly credentialed biologists (USFS biologist Francis Mangels and California Dept of Fish and Game biologist Allan Buckmann who is also a former Air Force meteorologist) and retired aerospace engineer Steve Massaro (formerly with Raytheon, Boeing, and Hughes). I have had only very limited communication with Guy in the past. In 2012 I authored an article for Guy's web site "Nature Bats Last" titled "Geoengineering, Dangerous Proposal, Or Lethal Reality". I am grateful to Guy for having the courage to post this article and judging from the comments under the article, I believe he took plenty of heat for this posting (so sorry that Guy has just disabled this 3 year old link since this article came out. The article can still be read here, it is an updated version so the date is more recent).
Guy asked to meet with me privately just prior to the roundtable meeting in Chico. In this short exchange it became very clear Guy was now completely adverse to the subject of geoengineering. As we took our places for the start of this roundtable, and three cameras were set up to record, Guy's discomfort seemed to escalate considerably. A moderator got the discussion going and a number of subjects were briefly addressed, escalating global temperatures, radically increasing tree mortality, and the rapidly increasing solar obscuration (global dimming) that is occurring around the globe. The subject of climate engineering could not be kept out of this conversation of course and the more it was brought up, the more apparent Guy's discomfort became. The two biologists and myself briefly discussed the extensive lab testing we had each done which proved the fact that extreme levels of toxic heavy metals (matching the elements in climate engineering patents) were now present in precipitation. I made clear to Guy that the solar power production on my fully off-grid residence was being radically reduced as a result of the constant jet trails (more conclusive verification of "global dimming", the expressed goal of SRM geoengineering). Conclusions were increasingly voiced as to the reality of climate engineering from 4 of the 5 participating in the discussion (Guy being the clear exception). Guy challenged the validity of the the precipitation tests that were performed, even though all tests were processed at a State Certified lab, clearly there was no justification for Guy's dismissal of these lab tests. A final disagreement came when McPherson challenged any conclusion that geoengineering was an ongoing reality due to the fact that there were no "peer reviewed" studies to prove it. McPherson's position is perplexing when one considers the fact that Guy is himself not specifically a climate scientist and he refers to the opinions of AMEG members (Arctic Methane Emergency Group) as a basis for many of his conclusions (not peer reviewed study). In regard to the climate engineering issue, the AMEG group is also in total denial. Guy got up and left the room stating he was done with the discussion, it was clear that he had no interest whatsoever in examining any data or test results that related to geoengineering. One in attendance overheard McPherson's angry discussion with a member of his staff in another room. We were subsequently asked to give up our film of the "round table discussion". The camera chip was given over as without McPherson's permission to use the footage, it was of no use to us. If McPherson is after the truth, why was he so unwilling to examine any data relating to climate engineering no matter how credible it was? Why did Guy insist on taking our film footage of the discussion?
Two weeks ago, we noted here that the Arctic was on the verge of a scary new record — an unprecedented “lowest winter maximum” for sea ice extent. What that would mean is that during the season of the year when there is the most ice covering the seas of the Arctic, the peak extent of that ice was nonetheless smaller than in any year – at least since satellite measurements began in the late 1970s.
And now, the Boulder-based National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC), which tracks sea ice, has indeed announced that the peak winter Arctic sea ice extent “likely” occurred Feb. 25, and that this maximum “not only occurred early; it is also the lowest in the satellite record.” However, the agency does include several caveats. That includes not only the word “likely,” but also the observation that “a late season surge in ice growth is still possible.”
The loss of sea ice around the Arctic has a vast number of consequences. They range from climatic — exposing more dark ocean water, which absorbs more solar radiation than ice does, leading to further warming — to social and cultural: Undermining the subsistence hunting techniques that Alaskan native villages have pursued atop the ice for generations.
There’s a lot we don’t understand about the global climate system if we were to engineer this cooling of the planet. Certainly we can cool it. But it’s not going to be uniform around the world and its going to have a lot of other knock-on consequences. There’ll be changes in precipitation patterns. And how do you say to a country that’s experiencing a big drought *** whether it was the geoengineering that did it or whether it was going to happen naturally.

Scientists and proponents of mass climate intervention by jet gathered this weekend at the University of Cambridge (March 12 to 14, 2015) to explore how nation-states could use jets and other technologies to manufacture a more sun-reflective atmosphere. Their goal: Save the planet from industry, smokestacks, highway exhaust and the planet’s meager human population.
The conference had technical sessions on atmospheric chemistry, climate modelling, engineering systems and impacts, implications and consequences. Scientists and panelists discussed the moral, legal and political hazards implied in weather intervention, where one nation’s dimmed sunlight is another’s drought and yet another’s roof-collapsing snowstorm.
The scientists on Friday heard about how plume-stretching intervention could be disruptive of the weather. Piers Forster’s talk was “Potentially damaging precipitation side effects from solar radiation management” and Ben Kravitz spoke on “SRM Impacts on the Hydrological Cycle.”
Government intervention always has hazards and unexpected costs. Peter Davidson gave a talk on “The impact, implications and consequences of the use of manufactured particles to improve the feasibility and reduce risk for a Stratospheric Solar Radiation Management (SRM) Insurance.”
The conference’s last talk was by Peter Irvine, “Detection, Attribution and Climate Control — the Limits to Solar Radiation Management.”
At least one session late Friday gave notice to the health implications of official pollutants in sky striping on human health. Sebastian Eastham lectured on “Sensitivities of Human Health to Aerosol Climate Engineering.” But a commenter and sky striping critic says Mr. Eastham “paints a pretty picture regarding projected human mortality,” advocates a mass spraying of sulfur, ignores “the existing program” of spraying heavy metals in the skies daily, and takes no questions.

Local ‘contrail’ treatment in Chattanooga
A day after the conference in Great Britain ended, Chattanooga, Tenn., a heartland city along a bend in the Tennessee River, was heavily treated by jet aircraft. At 4 p.m. a great cloud bank hung along the atmosphere south and east of the city. Chattanooga received visible treatments of sky tattooing March 2, 4, 8, 12 and 15. Sky striping generally turns the sky milky white, thinning out sunlight and turning it to a brilliant orb in the sky many times bigger to the human eye.
Other days in Chattanooga were overcast. It is impossible to tell if jets are laying aerosol particulate eight miles up in the stratosphere with intervening fogbank weather four miles up blocking visual observation.
“Climate engineering is rapidly becoming a contentious issue within political, scientific, and cultural discussions of climate change, in part due to a perceived lack of progress on crucial emission reductions,” according to conference notes. The conferees debate jet-lain sky stripes in light of the weak prospect of reduction of undesirable forms of pollution. Apparently the earth can bear no more than 1,000 gigatons of manmade pollution, “510 of which were already emitted by 2011, with currently about 10 more gigatons being added each year.” The conferees agree a crisis is building and nearing a breaking point.
It is estimated that, already, governments are putting millions of tons of aerosols into the atmosphere in a program outside civilian control. Chattanooga is regularly subject to a rain of aluminum, strontium and barium, according to the Chattanooga/Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Bureau.
“Are climate engineering approaches fatally prone to error and misuse,” say the conference notes, “and worth excluding from the climate conversation on both practical and moral grounds? Are they an emergency measure which could have far-reaching and unpredictable consequences if deployed? Could they be a relatively straightforward remedy for some of the consequences of climate change? And how should research aimed at these questions be regulated? These questions, and many others raised by the prospect of climate engineering, involve diverse ethical, social, political and technical issues which are extraordinarily complex and incredibly interlinked.”
Small-scale tests proposed
For all the weather intervention already taking place, it is interesting to consider reports of scientists thinking small.
Weather intervention researchers in academia are proposing small-scale tests to see if, somehow, injecting aerosol microparticles into the air might allow weather to be made less sunny, with the sun’s heat deflected by a bright atmospheric shield constantly renewed by jet overflights.
Scientists meeting in San Jose in mid-February called for tests to see if a jet-borne cloud-creating program might work to “change the climate by blocking the sun’s rays.” Computer modeling isn’t enough, Lynn Russell says. She is a professor of atmospheric chemistry at the University of California, San Diego. “Current research is not sufficient to allow us to decide if it could be useful,” she says. “We just don’t have enough information to make this decision at this point.”
Since 2013 Harvard professor David Keith has proposed small scale chemtrailing. Here’s how an MIT Technology Review story about it describes the test to increase the earth’s albedo, or reflectivity:
Customize several Gulfstream business jets with military engines and with equipment to produce and disperse fine droplets of sulfuric acid. Fly the jets up around 20 kilometers — significantly higher than the cruising altitude for a commercial jetliner but still well within their range. *** The planes spray the sulfuric acid, carefully controlling the rate of its release. The sulfur combines with water vapor to form sulfate aerosols, fine particles less than a micrometer in diameter. *** Once spread across the stratosphere, the aerosols will reflect about 1 percent of the sunlight hitting Earth back into space.
EPA says no ‘chemical, biological’ chemtrails
On Friday the federal environmental protection agency made a statement on its website debunking claims that geoengineering by jet overflight is already in progress.
“Contrails are line-shaped clouds or ‘condensation trails’ composed of ice particles that are visible behind jet aircraft engines under certain atmospheric conditions and at times can persist. EPA is not aware of any deliberate actions to release chemical or biological agents into the atmosphere.”
Whether aluminum would be considered a “chemical agent” is unclear. The statement links to a fact sheet posted at EPA’s website that has been largely unchanged 15 years. It describes sky striping as innocuous interactions between damp, cold air with hot jet engines.
Contrails are line-shaped clouds sometimes produced by aircraft engine exhaust, typically at aircraft cruise altitudes several miles above the Earth’s surface. The combination of water vapor in aircraft engine exhaust and the low ambient temperatures that often exists at these high altitudes allows the formation of contrails. Contrails are composed primarily of water (in the form of ice crystals) and do not pose health risks to humans. They do affect the cloudiness of the Earth’s atmosphere, however, and therefore might affect atmospheric temperature and climate.
The paper admits that contrails — the mere exhaust from jets — alter the weather with fresh cloud cover it says as exactly like that produced in nature.
“Persistent contrails are of interest to scientists because they increase the cloudiness of the atmosphere. The increase happens in two ways. First, persistent contrails are line-shaped clouds that would not have formed in the atmosphere without the passage of an aircraft. Secondly, persistent contrails often evolve and spread into extensive cirrus cloud cover that is indistinguishable from naturally occurring cloudiness.” (Italics added)
In a report March 14, the Christian Science Monitor goes out of its way to bring up the EPA fact sheet as a new contribution to the rising conflict over weather intervention, seeking to discredit critics of sky striping because they also opposed a purported new world order, gun confiscation, the prospect of martial law and other “subsidiary conspiracy theories.”
The federal government’s National Academy of Sciences in February published a 245-page report discussing stratospheric aerosol geoengineering as a solution to global warming if national governments prove incapable of slamming down energy consumption and manmade pollution. The F$55 book is available prepublication as a free PDF. It confirms my coverage of solar radiation management in the Chattanooga area but ignores the health dangers of deliberately injected “negative emissions” to people here and in other places around the globe.

There had never been as hot a 12-month period in NASA’s database as February 2014–January 2015. But that turned out to be a very short-lived record.
NASA reported this weekend that last month was the second-hottest February on record, which now makes March 2014–February 2015 the hottest 12 months on record. This is using a 12-month moving average, so we can “see the march of temperature change over time,” rather than just once every calendar year.
We are experiencing the continuation of the global warming trend that made 2014 the hottest calendar year on record. The very latest science says we should expect an acceleration in surface temperature warming to start quite soon. What is happening now is consistent with that.
Where is the ONLY anomalously cold place in the whole world (yet again)? As has been the case for a very long time already, it's the eastern half of the US lower 48 states. Now the climate engineers have reached their goal of creating the all time snow record for Boston and that is what mainstream media is spending most of their time talking about. The same overall pattern continues for the US, the West bakes, the East freezes. In between engineered cool-downs in many regions there is a constant extreme weather whiplash occurring. Temperatures swing radically from the engineered record cold events, to record warm, and then back to record cold as the next engineered cool-down is orchestrated.
Unpleasant truths can be explained in many ways, there is no single method or manner of delivering the needed message. In general, the shorter and more condensed the message is, the more likely it is to be comprehended. Geoengineering is a complex subject with many aspects and intricacies, but even subjects like this can be portrayed with extreme simplicity with great effectiveness. It's no wonder there is such rampant denial and a propagandized "debate" in the mainstream. Dirty deeds obfuscate the truth to keep us confused and in the dark in order for big polluters to keep on polluting without any responsibility to humanity or the environment.
Koch Industries and the Koch family spend millions of dollars on lobbyists to fight climate and energy legislation, millions more on politicians, and still more millions on organizations denying climate change. Through the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation as well as Koch Industries and the other Koch family foundations, numerous and substantial donations go to organizations that deny, skepticize or belittle the significance of global warming. Compared to ExxonMobil, which has spent over $27.4 million on skeptic groups since 1998, foundations linked to Koch Industries have spent over $70 million in traceable contributions to the same network of organizations, with addition untraceable funding funnelled through organizations like Donors Trust. Key Koch-backed organizations include the Americans for Prosperity Foundation, which was founded and remains chaired by David Koch, the Cato Institute, which Charles Koch co-founded and David Koch remains a board member after an attempted coup, the Institute for Humane Studies, which is chaired by Charles Koch, and the Reason Foundation, of which David Koch is a trustee.
Those who think America is spreading "freedom and democracy" around the world need to wake up and face reality. Our country (like so many others) is run by a ruthless criminal cabal that exists for the primary purpose of expanding the empire throughout the globe. Their quest for power includes the spraying of their own populations with highly toxic materials in order to manipulate the climate and thus control food supplies. The ongoing climate engineering is also a desperate and highly destructive attempt to hide the severity of damage already done to the climate system, much of this damage from the climate engineering itself. The "government" does not exist for the people, it exists for it's own ends, for it's own power and control. The fact that our governmental agencies are stocking up with unimaginable amounts of 40 caliber hollow point ammunition should be a shocking wake up call for a still sleeping population. Violently controlling populations is business as usual for the power structure that runs our government. Who are the people pulling the strings? The short answer to the title of this article is yes, the government is preparing and has been for a very long time. How serious is the situation getting? The video below should fill in some blanks. I have much respect for the woman that made this video, Kafka Winston. She has consistently done her best to sound the alarm in spite of having to deal with the attacks that come from speaking truth to power. The walls are closing in rapidly, it is imperative that all of us do everything we can to effectively wake up those around us by passing on credible data. "When averaged over the globe, 2014 was the warmest year on record," said Michael Freilich, the director of NASA's Earth Science division. He was speaking at a press conference, announcing that his agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) had both independently determined that last year was the warmest ever recorded by human instruments. Earlier this month, Japan's Meteorological Agency did the same.
Yet announcements like this roll out with disturbing regularity. Annually, almost, we see another year enter the record books for its incredible heat. According to scientists, as many as fourteen of the hottest years ever recorded have taken place in the 21st Century. 2012 was one of the 10 hottest ever recorded. 2011 was the ninth-hottest. And 2010 was the previous record-holder, the hottest year worldwide, ever recorded until that point. And it was in an incredibly close race with 2005.
Most would interpret the title of this article to mean that the planet is not warming as rapidly as we are being told, but the reality is this, planet Earth undergoing unprecedented and catastrophic warming. The 6 minute video at the bottom of this article is extremely revealing and alarming, but even the information in this video falls far short of conveying the true gravity and immediacy of what we collectively face. The "worst case" projections by "official government agencies" is for a 3 degree Celsius rise in temperatures by the end of the century, but such projections and modeling assume global geoengineering will work. This fact is astounding when all "official" agencies completely deny that geoengineering is even going on. All available data already makes clear the fact that the ongoing climate engineering programs are a total disaster. Climate intervention is making an already bad situation far worse, not better. In addition, "feedback loops" in the climate system like methane release are radically worsening an already dire climate scenario. Methane and its horrific effect on the greenhouse gas buildup are not even considered in IPCC climate models, how is this possible? What are the "scientists" being paid to hide? Methane is over 100 times more potent a greenhouse gas than Co2 over a 20 year time horizon. Because land and ocean temperatures are going up so rapidly, formerly frozen methane deposits are thawing and releasing. This factor is already pushing atmospheric methane levels off the charts.
Methane is already rapidly building up in the atmosphere as the chart above clearly shows, but what are the temperature projections as the formerly frozen methane continues to thaw and release? The chart below should be alarming to all, it is the temperature rise projection for the Arctic, the rest of the world will not be far behind.
The climate science community as a whole has radically underreported the severity of what we face. As conditions continue to unfold on the ground, the true degree of damage done to our planet and its life support systems will become impossible to deny. The total inadequacy of current climate modeling is clearly revealed in the six minute video below. Though climate engineering is not admitted to in this video, the data it contains is still valid. The overall picture in regard to the state of the Arctic sea ice could not be more clear.
The climate engineers have been pushing cold air south from the Arctic over and over (polar vortex) with constant jet stream manipulation.
This is accomplished from constant aerosol spraying and the use of the global network of ionosphere heater facilities comparable to the HAARP installation shown below.
The "ridiculously resilient ridge" of high pressure over the US West (which meteorologists cannot explain) is a part of the jet stream manipulation mentioned. What happens when the climate engineers rob cold air from the northern regions to create the headlines they desire in the Eastern US? The arctic then heats up. While engineered winter storms pile up record snow in Boston, Alaska doesn't have enough snow for the annual Iditerod sled race for the second year in a row and the Sierra snow pack is at record shattering lows. The "departure from normal high temperature" map below clearly shows the most anomalously cold zone in the entire world for the period from January 2014 through January 2015, the eastern half of the US lower 48. The Arctic and most of the rest of planet Earth is at far above normal high temperatures.
What will the climate engineers do now that they have created enough of their desired "winter" headlines in the Eastern US? They will lock the colder air to the north in their attempt to slow the accelerating ice melt, this will bring a rapid heating back to most of the lower 48 states as the NOAA map below clearly shows.
Note the NOAA maps "prediction" for a switch from the previous far above normal temperatures in Alaska (shown in the GISS global temperature map in this article) to below normal temperatures is a reflection of the "weather whack a mole" being carried on by the geoengineers. To accomplish this the US lower 48 will heat rapidly. Some of the spraying during the building of high pressure zones actually increases the UV radiation readings on the ground. Is a "lens effect" a goal of the climate engineers under certain circumstances? Are the climate engineers intentionally creating heat in some regions at some times in order to increase the strength of the high pressure zones which is used for jet stream manipulation. This appears not only possible, but likely. Though the geoengineers can create large scale temporary cool-downs, it comes at the cost of a worsened overall warming (overall global high temperatures continue to smash records). In addition, climate engineering continues to contaminate the entire planet and every breath we take.
The Bottom Line
The power structure and the climate engineers control our weather. To a large degree they decide how much rain will fall, and on whom. They can (and are) engineering snow storms. They decide how toxic that rain or snow will be, how toxic our air will be. They decide if our crops will succeed of fail. They decide who freezes and who fries. We are all living under a constant toxic heavy metal and chemical all out assault (which amounts to biological warfare) in addition to the ongoing weather warfare. We must all educate ourselves as much as possible, we must all share credible data with those around us and ask them to do the same. When we reach critical mass of awareness on this issue, the foundation of the power structure will crumble as populations around the globe realize they have all been willfully poisoned. All around the planet our skies are being saturated with toxic metal and chemical particulates. These particulates are being sprayed from jet aircraft as part of the global geoengineering/weather modification programs titled "SRM" and "SAG". Any that take the time to investigate the subjects of SRM (solar radiation management) and SAG (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering) will find that many of the “predicted” effects of these massive climate altering programs are not disputed. The climate science community is blatantly lying about the ongoing climate engineering programs, claiming they are only "proposals". One of the many well known effects related to geoengineering which is not debated is DROUGHT. How bad is the engineered drought in the US West, specifically California? The latest drought monitor map is below, the climate engineering assault has consistently robbed rain from the Western US.
Saturation of the atmosphere with nano sized toxic particles and chemicals provides too many "condensation nuclei". Moisture in the atmosphere then adheres to these particles and continues to migrate in the form of dirty looking haze and/or artificial clouds. The overabundance of particles prevents droplets from combining to form heavy enough drops to fall as precipitation. Geoengineering further reduces rainfall by simply blocking the sun and thus evaporation over oceans. Less direct sunlight, less light photons, less evaporation, period. This causes the moisture in storm systems to be greatly reduced in many cases. "GLOBAL DIMMING" is now considered by most scientific studies to average fully 22%. This means that 22% or more of direct sunlight that reached the planet's surface decades ago now no longer does. I highly recommend taking the time to click the "GLOBAL DIMMING" link and watching the 6 minute video it connects to. This short presentation will increase ones knowledge of the effect sprayed particulates have on the atmosphere, global temperatures, and precipitation. Though this mainstream documentary preview does not directly implicate global geoengineering as the main source of "global dimming", one can make up their own mind, it is important to "read between the lines" so to speak. There are certainly agendas within this film, connect the dots on your own.
Yet another consequence of geoengineering is DIMINISHED WIND (this does not mean in all scenarios, but rather it is an overall effect). This also contributes to reduced evaporation over oceans and thus increased drought on land masses. All of the geoengineering effects cited and discussed above are well documented and can be easily researched online. In spite of the fact that numerous scientific studies admit to the drought/deluge causing climate altering decimation that geoengineering “would” cause, none of these studies are willing to admit to the fact that the global spraying of our skies has been a horrific reality for a very long time already.
In addition to the drought causing effects, the precipitation that does fall is laden with toxic heavy metals like aluminum, barium strontium, manganese, and others. These are all metals named in NUMEROUS GEOENGINEERING PATENTS. The impact of TOXIC METALS LIKE ALUMINUM on soils, trees, and plant life is well documented. When organisms like trees detect bioavailable aluminum exposure to their root systems, many species shut down nutrient uptake to protect their DNA. This causes a slow protracted death of the organism. Beetles and other pests move in and thus the forest begins to die-off. The weakened forest is of course much more flammable. Adding to the fire danger are the metallic dust particles which are constantly settling out of the atmosphere, coating the forest foliage. These microscopic PARTICLES ARE INCENDIARIES, pushing the potential for catastrophic fires ever higher.
The "scientific community" is failing to inform the public of even a fraction of the larger picture. Some scientists are in denial, many others are simply afraid of the consequences of speaking out. Yet more scientists are simply paid to lie. The power structure controlled corporate media is also a primary tool that us used to cover the climate engineering crimes. The ongoing climate destruction resulting from countless human activities is pushing humanity and civilization over the edge. This is not about Al Gore, but rather it's about reality. The human race has done great damage to our planet which is now being pushed past the point of no return. Based on all available data, the ongoing global geoengineering programs appear to be the single greatest climate disrupting factor of all (though the human race has caused immense harm to the planet on countless fronts including dumping 100,000,000 tons of Co2 a day into the atmosphere). No matter how much damage humanity has done to the environment, geoengineering is only making it worse. The planet must be allowed to respond on its own, this is our best option at this point. The Arctic sea ice is melting. It is melting far more rapidly than ever expected.
This loss is measured in the form of square kilometers melted, in the form of ice thinned, in the form of new, blue water visible. Yet it is a loss beyond mere numbers and measures. A loss that has a profound impact to the Earth and its climate systems.
Weather patterns, the rate of warming in the Arctic, the rate of tundra melt, seabed warming, and carbon store release. The rate of glacial loss in Greenland. All are impacted by sea ice loss and related ocean warming.
And today, we mark another new record low. The most recent in a long series, with likely many more thinning ice days to come.
Though extreme weather events have always taken place on our planet, how can we consider any weather truly natural when we know global weather has been subjected to climate engineering programs at a significant scale for over 65 years? How can we consider any weather truly natural when we know that at this point in time the entire global weather system is being completely hampered by geoengineering programs which are so massive in scope and scale that nothing is left untainted in regard to our weather? WIth almost no exceptions, the entire climate science community is completely denying the blatantly obvious and verifiable geoengineering reality. The all out aerosol spraying of skies around the globe is absolutely inarguable and yet the climate scientists/meteorologists are still pretending geoengineering is only a "proposal". How can we explain the total denial of this reality coming from climate scientists? They fit into one of these categories, they are either completely unqualified for the job they hold, afraid to speak out, willing to lie to protect a paycheck and a pension, or they are clinically blind. None of these reasons are justification for the total deception being fed to us from the so called "experts" that are entrusted with the public welfare. We have long since lived in an Orwellian world but now it has reached a point that is difficult to even comprehend. Articles like the one below are laden with direct lies and lies of omission. They try to paint the picture that a small fleet of jets spraying aerosols into the atmosphere could cool the planet. That the only thing we need to worry about is who will control the thermostat. After 65 years of geoengineering on an ever larger scale, now involving what is likely thousands of jets, with a planet that is rapidly descending into total meltdown, we can say with total certainty solar radiation management is only making a bad climate situation far worse. Virtually none of the known unavoidable major negative consequences of SRM are even mentioned in most mainstream articles. Total disruption of the hydrological cycle, shredded ozone layer, lack of direct sunlight, and what is never ever mentioned is the fact that what goes up, must come down. Virtually the entire surface of the planet is being systematically contaminated, as is every single breath we take. How is it that this last and most dire point is never mentioned in any mainstream media articles or even in the science studies about aerosol geoengineering? Are we to think that thousands of climate scientists cannot comprehend this fact? That something sprayed into the atmosphere must settle down to Earth? Most of the climate science community should be viewed with contempt for their part in this greatest of all human crimes. Once the public is fully aware of what has been done to them, legal action should be immediately taken against all those that willfully participated in the completely illegal climate engineering assault, or in the criminal attempt to cover up these lethal programs. Study combining disparate data for first time finds sea ice thickness down 65% since 1975 because of global warming, reports Climate Central.
While the steady disappearance of sea ice in the Arctic has been one of the hallmark effects of global warming, research shows it is not only covering less of the planet, but it’s also getting significantly thinner. That makes it more susceptible to melting, potentially altering local ecosystems, shipping routes and ocean and atmospheric patterns.
New data compiled from a range of sources – from Navy submarines to satellites – suggests that thinning is happening much faster than models have estimated, according to a study aiming to link those disparate data sources for the first time. University of Washington researchers Ron Lindsay and Axel Schweiger calculated that in the central part of the Arctic Ocean basin, sea ice has thinned by 65% since 1975. During September, when the ice reaches its annual minimum, ice thickness is down by a stunning 85%.
Mainstream media and the climate science community are blaming all of the rapidly increasing climate catastrophes around the globe on nature and Co2 with never so much as a single word mentioned about the climate engineering herd of elephants in the room. We live in truly astounding times, willful blindness and total denial of blatant obvious realities are the norm, not the exception. Those who pretend not to see the obvious realities are considered "normal", those who dare to tell the truth are considered to be fringe and out of balance. The unprecedented drought in California can conclusively be linked to the ongoing climate engineering/weather warfare being waged against the golden state. Saturating the atmosphere with particles creates too many condensation nuclei, this scatters and disperses moisture which reduces precipitation overall. Satellite images prove beyond any doubt that such atmospheric spraying is occurring constantly upstream from California in the storm track. Media and the climate science community is completely denying and ignoring this fact, this denial should be considered criminal by a population that is literally under assault. SUBJECT: Exoneration from the Drive Clean Program's obligations for reasons of Conscience
Dear Ministers,
I am writing to you jointly because you represent all of the accountable bodies for the Drive Clean program: Service Ontario, the ministry of Transportation and the ministry of the Environment and Climate Change. This letter is to signify my refusal to comply with the Drive Clean program in order to obtain a legal registration for my personal use vehicles, the mandatory Safety Standards Certificate shall be enough. Many reasons led to this decision.
The Drive Clean program requires that an emission test be performed on my car for pollution reduction goals by the government of Ontario. At first it sounds laudable but in reality, it no longer has a significant effect according to an Auditor General's report written back in 2012: "the program has outlived its usefulness". In that light, where can I find the data proving that the Drive Clean program significantly improves air quality like it boasts about? Why should I be required to adhere to such policies if the government does not monitor the actual effectiveness of the measures it imposes on its citizens? Maybe it does monitor something but there is no up-to-date data available or it's hard to access. The Auditor added: "They’re going after the low-lying fruit in order to try to deal with the politics of this issue and not the practicalities of the issue". Almost five years have passed now. What has your government done since to review the Drive Clean program? It seems that the government of Ontario is trying to pin the price tag on small players in the preservation of our environment. Although the program does not prove to be a significantly effective initiative, the government does not take in account the Auditor's advice to dismiss the program or replace it entirely by real incentive measures.
The Drive Clean program is only targeting the most populated areas, and therefore it is a discriminatory factor. Passing a test every second year for only part of the residents of Ontario in the effort to combat global pollution is unrealistic. As an example, if I lived in rural area just west of Ottawa, I would not have to submit my car to any emission testing. How is it logical that a region located west of a city does not have to comply while everybody knows that dominant winds do come from the west? Your program's geographical criteria allows the untested vehicle’s pollutants released into those winds, to be transported over the most populated areas. How cynical is that? I can not consciously agree with such unfounded and discriminatory criteria. In addition, if it were a light-duty commercial farm vehicle, I would be exempt from testing it. Here we can understand that commercial farms while in direct contact with the food chain, can use polluting vehicles without any restriction, and this is acceptable according to your program's criteria. The Auditor's report mentioned that "it eases economic burden on farmers", even though vehicle expenses are deductible from their taxes, it is just a smoke screen in my point of view. To be cohesive with its pollution reduction goal, the Drive Clean program should either be applied to every type of vehicle across Canada or none. The pollution problematic is a national issue not just a provincial one and since British Columbia just terminated their similar emission-test program, it seems like better initiatives can be put in place to really attack the smog issue at its root.
My new car being older than 7 years but not over 25 years old makes it obligatory to have its emissions tested to comply with the Drive Clean program. This means that if I prefer to buy a used car in order to save the environment in my own way by re-using existing cars to hinder car production's pollution, I am penalized because it might emit a little more pollutants than a newer vehicle. Knowing the fact that manufacturing a new car generates a carbon footprint between 6 to 35 tons of CO2 or if you prefer, the equivalent of what it will consume during its lifespan, this criteria becomes questionable since it does not account for the carbon footprint as part of the equation. We are being told by the government and the media that we should change our habits in order to reduce our individual footprint and on the other side, we are encouraged to get new cars with improved emission-control systems but avoid mentioning the additional carbon footprint being generated. This also implies that people, who can't afford new cars or overpriced hybrid-electric vehicles, have to pay more for their family vehicle’s registration. This is an additional hidden discriminatory fee that affects mostly the poorer portion of the population.
If a new vehicle is sold after only one year, it must have an other emission test performed by the new owner even though emission testing is ordered every two years. How is it that cars have to be tested every two years? Don't your respective ministries question the reasons why parts of emission systems do not have a longer lifespan or reliability? The Drive Clean program transfers the responsibility of a polluting vehicle from the big corporations to consumers. This facilitates the obsolescence of car parts rather than holding the car industry accountable for profiting financially in manufacturing polluting vehicles and emission systems which have created, in the long run, a series of collateral damages to the climate, the environment and the public's health.
Why not reverse the burden and make it mandatory for car manufacturers to produce zero emission vehicles from now on? The government can create new sustainable markets accessible to a majority of Ontarians by putting in place new policies to facilitate the implementation of electric motors across Ontario and make it easy to replace polluting vehicles' gas engines by electrical motors. These different measures can make our dependency on oil obsolete and create a new futuristic economy. Since the federal government just awarded Ontario's car industry a 100 million dollars, maybe it would be a good idea to use a big part of it to implement such measures and this way, make Ontario an example for the rest of the country? At the moment, we seem to have oil driven governments which do not want to let go of an old dirty habit that is unsustainable and an unfriendly environmental orientation. Recently, the United Nations even pointed to Canada's emissions to be amongst the worst in the world next to China and India. To the best of my conscience, I do not believe that the Drive Clean program is the solution for this elephant in the room.
In fact there is not one, but a herd of elephants in the room when we talk about pollution emissions and schemes, climate change, environment, public health and safety. How do these terms relate? Actually they are all being bullied or destroyed by big corporations' ambitions, human activities and greed. It seems that laws are now designed for corporations' interests instead of the citizens' basic right to a safe and clean environment.
There is a big emphasis on your respective ministry's website regarding smog preventing policies, so I researched the word smog. It is described as the conjuncture of the words smoke and fog, and defined as: "smoke or other atmospheric pollutants combined with fog in an unhealthy or irritating mixture".
Smog is known for causing multiple health issues and the World Health Organization even declared pollution a carcinogen. The government of Ontario drafted an adaptation strategy and action plan titled "Climate Ready". In this plan most of the strategy has to do with our adaptation to climate change, it is mentioned: "(…) the government of Ontario is taking measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions but also recognizes the need to adapt to the unavoidable impacts of changing weather patterns resulting from heat-trapping gases already in the atmosphere.(…)"
To write"unavoidable impacts" and "already in the atmosphere" are two biased statements by themselves mainly because they suppose a natural occurrence of the phenomenon when in fact, it is mostly manly introduced using aircrafts amongst other means that is without counting the residues left by multiple ozone depletingnuclear tests conducted in the upper atmosphere over many years, which are still there but no one dares remembering this part.
Almost every day there are aircrafts passing over my residence and most of them leave pollution trails, light or dark. They stay still, they don't dissipate, they spread and finally smear the sky. Very often the planes pass right in front of the sun, preventing me from seeing clear sunsets for the past few years. To top it off, most airplanes don't even respect the official flying zones. See the annex(below present letter) for pictures of this pollution seemingly shaped as clouds. I saw somebody talking about climate change and explaining how they were actually trying to control the weather by polluting the stratosphere with sulfuric acid. In other words, this "climate expert" advises governments to cool off the climate by spraying pollution containing acid because in the end it is the cheapest way around. What? First of all, basic science shows that what goes up must come down. Following this simple principle, it means that the earth is now littered with nano size particles of chemicals coming from those weather alteration projects. I investigated about these trails and they are part of climate geoengineering programs which use different processes such as stratospheric aerosols, solar radiation management, cloud seeding, hail suppression, hurricane dissipation, some of the ways to defy natural weather using chemicals and radio signals, a godlike power. The electromagnetic signals by themselves disturb the natural earth's balance frequency and therefore humans' equilibrium which by itself is electro-magnetic pollution, but that is another subject.
Many government papers do mention these projects. The same people advising lawmakers are the ones who own the companies which capture and store the CO2 gases. On one hand your government obliges me to have my cars pass emission tests in order to reduce pollution and on the other hand, the Ontario government sponsors climate engineering schools and projects that specifically spray more pollution. In resume, governments are giving the authorization to pollute, then invest in capturing the pollution they help put up in the first place and finally charge the ordinary citizens through the Drive Clean program. Why is this allowed? Where is the government's accountability? It looks quite convenient for the oil industry to be able to get rid of the sulfuric residue to be put up in the atmosphere, block the sun rays and reduce the solar systems efficiency, in a period where sun powered energy is proving worldwide to be more efficient and reliable than the unsustainable fossil and nuclear energies. Germany proved it last year and gave energy away.
Recently Mrs. Wynne and Mr. Murray announced a carbon pricing plan, coming up in the spring, to fight climate change. This in my opinion, is an unsustainable, nonscientifically defendable in addition to be a poor environmental choice with a lack of vision, no offence. Not only it does not encourage better practices by the polluting industries, it only serves a corporate image to lure the public with the impression that big polluters are paying their share too in the combat against global warming when in reality, carbon pricing is just an additional money-grab scheme designed to introduce new trading avenues with weather derivatives and the forecastingof the man-made weather they invested in. Polluting industries can keep on doing business as usual without any extra cost or effort to factually reduce CO2 emissions and prevent further warming of the planet. In other words, it is a free ride on our grandkids or an ignominy towards younger generations. The actual difference between the big polluting industries and the ordinary citizen in this CO2 taxing scheme is that family vehicles are not allowed any emission while the real big polluting corporations can buy the right to pollute adding to the stock market are making money trading those CO2 gases.
Even if these projects are experimental, secret, military, governmental or civil, no reason is good enough to try to play with nature because for every action there is a reaction somewhere else in the world. This way of dealing with the matter is a direct affront to the climate, a great danger to the environment and all living creatures. Mother Nature would be much calmer without any man intervention and governments would save money just choosing this simple option. The worst part of these insane climate engineering projects is that no individual, nor corporation, nor governmental body is accountable for experimenting with the climate on a large scale without public acknowledgement, omitting the due public health effect assessments. What about moral and ethics? It is a direct violation with your own government's Environmental Protection Act which it bases their criteria upon to impose the Ontarian consumers the Drive Clean program to obtain legal vehicle registration. I consciously can not agree with emission testing on my cars while such attempts on human rights, health and the environment are permitted by the same instances ordering the Drive Clean program, it does not make sense.
A tangible political will would implement real policies where industries are obliged to have zero emission otherwise they can not conduct business in Ontario. If corporations can generate billions of dollars in profits then they can easily invest in systems to effectively cut their own polluting emissions to zero if not, leave the ground for new innovative and clean energy sources. When there is a will, there is a way and here, all we need is the political courage to change direction in the carbon pricing and introduce incentive regulations at the root of the problem: big polluting industries and climate geoengineering. This is exactly the moment when emissions will dramatically drop and when the Drive Clean program can make some sense because for now, the government sponsors the biggest polluters and charges the little ones.
Recent studies showed that most smog causing emissions have declined since the program started but underlined that emissions were no longer amongst the major domestic contributors to smog in Ontario. Already back in 2010, the Auditor's report stated that more than half of the pollutants present in Ontario came from the central United States. What did your respective ministries do upon this hard fact? Why are such assaults on our health and environment being tolerated by your government? How come this fact does not make the news headlines and does not occupy the hot topic list in the government's agenda? What actions have been taken since 2010 to prevent the United States from further polluting the atmosphere in Ontario? There have been international treaties and agreements signed by both Canada and the United States to prevent tampering with the weather: the Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) and the Agreement between the government of Canada and the government of the United States of America on Air Quality between the government of Canada and the government of the United States of America on Air Quality. With those agreements, there is supposed to be monitoring of the chemicals crossing our mutual borders and accountability for them. Who exactly surveils, oversees and enforces those agreements?
In my conscience, I can not accept to pay for car emission testing considering your respective ministries are not preventing or sanctioning aircraft pollution nor industries' excessively huge emissions, especially by the oil sands' and the United States' activities. How about the nanoparticles used by climate geoengineering and those rejected by manufacturing companies, how are these smog causing particles measured, monitored and regulated by your government? Do you have the necessary equipment to even test nano size particles?
Finally, last point to my objection is this: the Drive Clean program generated 12 million dollars in profit back in 2010 and 19 million in 2013. At this rate, the government will have exceeded the program's projected revenue of 50 million dollars far sooner than 2018 as expected, if it's not the case already. This legal money-grab is a yet an other user fee disguised as a tax according to a 1998 Supreme Court of Canada's decision, it could even be considered an unlawful tax and therefore repayable. Since then, the government only lowered the maximum chargeable price for an emission test to $30. just five dollars less than previously charged while the price of $17,50 for retesting failed tests stayed unchanged. If the program made a profit of 19 millions in 2013, it means that Ontarians were overcharged. This contravenes with the government's role in revenue neutrality which means that a user fee should not exceed the cost to the government of providing the service. Why should I accept to pay for emission tests every two year when it is clear that the government is behaving like a private enterprise profiting illegally from its own policies? This is an additional reason for my refusal to have my cars' emissions tested in order to obtain legal registration.
To conclude, I consciously can not agree with the basis of this mandatory emission test since it does not hold the road. Until the Drive Clean program is revisited in its targeted vehicles and measures, until it shows measurable air improvement in a direct effect from the Drive Clean program itself, until climate geoengineering is addressed and made public and until the biggest polluters are obliged to limit their emissions to zero, I refuse any emission test to be performed on my vehicles and therefore consider my vehicles exonerated from the Drive Clean program requirement in order to obtain legal personal-use vehicle registrations for the province of Ontario.
Your government should establish new ways of tackling climate change through new sustainable, futuristic, innovative and visionary legislation and projects, and terminate this obsolete Drive Clean program. Only then will you truly declare:

This in turn alters ocean currents, this factor is contributing to the continued massive heat build up in the Eastern Pacific as the long expected and predicted el nino has not been allowed to develop. The heat stays bottled up in the seas with dire consequences. Climate engineering is also shredding the ozone layer which exposes plankton to deadly levels of UV radiation. Global plankton populations are crashing which means the foundation of the food chain is crumbling. Climate engineering is nothing short of an all out assault on the biosphere and it is certainly a major factor in the shocking die-off outlined in the article below.
