Climate engineering is nothing short of weather and biological warfare. Not only are our skies being constantly saturated with highly toxic climate engineering elements, extremely powerful and harmful radio frequency / microwave transmissions are being utilized to manipulate these materials (and thus, the weather / climate). New US Government Hearing On Geoengineering Amounts To Criminal Deception

The United States government is nothing more than an unimaginably massive criminal organization that exists for its own purposes and agendas. The vast majority of those who are a part of our government (and who serve it) are, unfortunately, completely willing to play their individual parts in the elaborate theater of the constant criminal deception of the US population. The video below is from the November 8th, 2017, hearing of the US House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology. The hearing covers the subject of geoengineering / SRM / and Marine Cloud Brightening. What you will see in this hearing is nothing short of a massive theater of total deception designed to hide the ongoing climate engineering insanity by pretending it has not yet been deployed some 70 years ago which all available data proves (including government documents and film footage). The scripted theater of deception in this “government” hearing should infuriate any reasonable and awake human being. All of those participating should be personally contacted to let them know that once the public is fully awakened to the ongoing climate engineering atrocities, that each of this hearing’s participants will likely be held legally and morally accountable for their part in the criminal climate engineering cover-up. Ozone Layer Collapse, A Former NASA Contract Engineer Warns Of Planetary Omnicide

We are told by “official” sources that the ozone layer is recovering, that we have nothing to worry about. This narrative is being pushed by power structure controlled agencies in order to pacify the public until the last possible moment. How close is that moment? If we remain on the current course, anthropogenic activities (with climate engineering at the top of the list) may completely destroy the ozone layer within the next decade or less. Without the ozone layer, all terrestrial life on Earth (and most aquatic life) will perish. The “official” sources who tell us climate engineering isn’t happening, who tell us that we are only seeing "condensation trail" grid patterns in our skies, are the same agencies telling us the ozone layer is getting better. Yet, the increasing intensity of UV radiation can be felt on the skin, on surfaces, is scorching foliage and tree trunks, and is sunburning whales and fish. The increasingly intense UV radiation from the disintegrating ozone layer can and is being metered by experts in the field. In the video below, a former NASA contract engineer discusses the immense and immediate UV radiation dangers we face from the disintegrating ozone layer which he is personally metering with state of the art equipment supplied through GeoengineeringWatch.org
Though the official ozone layer “recovery” lie is still being propagated, some sources are acknowledging reality as the truth becomes ever more difficult to hide.

Climate engineering and solar radiation management in general are controversial, and pose various problems and risks. However, certain problems are specific to, or more pronounced with this particular technique.[23]
Ozone depletion: is a potential side effect of sulfur aerosols;[24][25] and these concerns have been supported by modelling.[26] However, this may only occur if high enough quantities of aerosols drift to, or are deposited in, Polar stratospheric clouds before the levels of CFCs and other ozone destroying gases fall naturally to safe levels because stratospheric aerosols, together with the ozone destroying gases, are responsible for ozone depletion.[27]
Whitening of the sky: Stratospheric aerosols have the potential to whiten the sky and cause more colorful sunsets, dependent on the amount being sprayed.[28] According to a study on cleaner air, resulting solar brightening has been responsible for an increase in corn production over the past 30 years.[29]
Tropopause warming: and the humidification of the stratosphere.[25]
Regional warming: Based on the results of the 2014-2015 Geoengineering Model Intercomparison Project, a model with a standard stratospheric aerosol injection scenario, temperatures in the tropics would cool, and higher latitudes warm, ice sheet, and Arctic sea ice decline would still continue, albeit at a reduced rate. Extreme temperature anomalies would also still increase, but to a lesser degree. In regards to these model results, the author of the study Alan Robock noted:
If geoengineering were halted all at once, there would be rapid temperature and precipitation increases at 5–10 times the rates from gradual global warming.[30]
Stratospheric temperature change: Aerosols can also absorb some radiation from the Sun, the Earth and the surrounding atmosphere. This changes the surrounding air temperature and could potentially impact on the stratospheric circulation, which in turn may impact the surface circulation.[31]
Regional hydrologic responses: Based on the results of the Geoengineering Model Intercomparison Project, there would be a reduction in the global average precipitation around the world, particularly in summer monsoon regions.[30]
If UV radiation had gone “off the charts”, what might it do to aquatic life forms? Let's start with global plankton populations, the foundation for life on earth. Even NASA says high UV radiation would be extremely harmful for these microscopic organisms.

The same engineered cool-down processes are being carried out in the Southern Hemisphere. A breaking news report from Argentina stated that 5 feet of hail fell in a matter of minutes. Is there another nuclear disaster unfolding in Asia? The heavy metal contamination from climate engineering is now causing Alzheimer's symptoms in yet more species, dolphins are one. NASA, And The Criminal Denial Of Climate Engineering

NASA is nothing more than a tool for the military industrial complex to carry out their nefarious agendas and to cover up their tracks. No matter how blatant and glaring the ongoing geoengineering atmospheric aerosol spraying is over our heads each and every day, so long as there is an “official agency” like NASA to tell the public it isn’t so, the geoengineering crimes of planetary omnicide continue to be hidden in plain site. Perhaps the greatest lie the power structure has perpetrated on populations around the world is the “condensation trail” grand deception. ALL commercial airlines and ALL military tankers are outfitted with a “high bypass turbofan” jet engine. This engine is a jet powered fan that is designed for maximum fuel efficiency. 85% of the air that passes through this jet engine is NON COMBUSTED. By design, the “high bypass turbofan” jet engine is nearly incapable of producing any “condensation trail” except under the most rare and extreme of circumstances. With this in mind, why does NASA (and other official agencies) tell us that there is nothing strange or unusual about satellite images like the one below taken on October 16th, 2017.
The geoengineering aerosol spraying operations along the West Coast of the North American continent are relentless.
NASA made the following statement in reference to the video satellite animation just below the quote.
Contrails are showing up nicely across California today. These are NOT associated with the wildfires.
Geoengineering / solar radiation programs are completely disrupting the hydrological cycle, destroying the ozone layer, and contaminating every breath we take.
Why does NASA feel it is necessary to reassure the public that the atmospheric atrocities have nothing to do with the record shattering firestorms in the once golden state? Is it because NASA does not want the public to know that climate engineering is a primary factor causing protracted drought all over the planet? Aren’t the sky covering jet aircraft dispersions exactly what we are told we would expect to see if geoengineering / solar radiation management programs were deployed? Yes, exactly. But, again, we are told not to worry, NASA says it isn’t so.
Has the now 10 year long drought in California (with the only break being the winter season of 2016-2017) in fact been caused by the ongoing illegal climate engineering operations? High Bypass Turbofan Jet Engines, Geoengineering, And The Contrail Lie

Refuting the "its just condensation trails" official lie is easily done if specific fundamental facts are understood and remembered. The short article and 7 minute video tutorial below provide essential information for debunking the "condensation trail" false narrative.
We are told by all "official sources" that the sun blocking weather disrupting jet dispersed trails we see in our skies are only "condensation trails". The "condensation trail" official narrative is perhaps the greatest lie the power structure has ever perpetrated to pacify the masses into ignoring the immense threat posed by climate engineering operations occurring over our heads on a daily basis. Without knowing any of the related science facts on this issue, anyone with a sense of reason should be able to determine the fact that our skies are being sprayed. Trails that are turned on and off, grid patterns one day and nothing the next (in spite of often identical atmospheric conditions). Witnessing one jet leaving a trail from horizon to horizon adjacent to another jet at a similar altitude that leaves virtually nothing. Trails of completely dissimilar compositions and colors. There are misaligned plumes behind some jets (usually lower flying military tankers) that do not match the alignment of the engines themselves. This causes some of the sprayed dispursion trails to shoot out slightly to one side of the aircraft (not parallel due to misaligned nozzles). There is also of course the fact that all climate science circles and governments around the globe are clamoring for climate engineering to be deployed (though none in these communities will yet admit to the truth, geoengineering was fully deployed decades ago). Our society has been well trained to accept the official narrative on countless issues which is how those in power hide their crimes in plain site. The fact that official explanations for what we see in our skies are completely contrary to deductive reasoning and the laws of physics has, so far, seemed not to matter to the majority of the population.

Again, we are told by all official sources, agencies, and elected officials, that all we are seeing in our skies are "condensation trails". They say that it is perfectly normal for this "condensation" so stay in the sky for hours or days, widening and spreading until whole horizons are completely blotted out. What we see is exactly what they say they want to do with solar radiation management (SRM), but they assure us that geoengineering is not actually going on, yet. Those that choose to believe these blatant lies simply do not yet want to wake up. Here is the fact of the matter, all commercial jet aircraft and all military tankers are fitted with a type of jet engine that is by design nearly incapable of producing any condensation trail except under the most extreme circumstances, the high bypass turbofan.

Was the recent rash of destructive cyclones just an act of nature? Or is there more to the story? Climate engineering (including the manipulation of hurricanes), is not just theory, speculation, or conjecture, it is verifiable fact and has been since project “Cirrus” was deployed by the US military in 1947. Anyone who takes the time to legitimately investigate the climate engineering / geoengineering issue, without preconception or programmed bias, can only come to the conclusion that climate engineering is real and ongoing. Why are global powers intervening with Earth’s natural systems, and thus completely derailing them? Though the answers are complex, ultimately the global climate engineering Manhattan program comes down to power and control on many fronts and with many layers. One of the primary objectives is this, geoengineering / solar radiation management is being utilized to mask the true severity of biosphere and climate damage already done, while inflicting exponentially more damage in the process. At a very important public awareness event, held by GeoengineeringWatch.org in Northern California, on July 28th, 2017, Mr. Shipp presented a shocking and compelling presentation on numerous, horrific and ongoing government crimes. Geoengineered Western US Meltdown To Cool The Rest Of The Country, Again

The Western US has, at minimum, long since become a climate sacrifice zone for the geoengineers. The current NOAA departure from normal high temperature "forecast" map is below. This map reflects nothing less than the "scheduled" weather from primary climate engineering contractor, Raytheon, who does all the forecast modeling for the National Weather Service (NWS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). In this completely engineered scenario, ionosphere heater induced record shattering heat will bake the Western US while potential record cool temperatures may occur in the Central US. The scenario shown below has been repeated by the climate engineers countless times since 2007.
The HAARP ionosphere heater installation in Alaska is only one of many large radio frequency / microwave transmitters located around the world that are utilized for climate engineering purposes.
When the ionosphere is bombarded with the massively powerful RF / microwave transmissions from installations like HAARP, high pressure heat domes can be created and maintained. In the case of the current record shattering high pressure heat dome over the US West, the clockwise spin of upper level air currents around the high pressure zone allow the weather makers to steer cooler air from the Pacific into the center of the country while completely bypassing the West.
Though the "official" forecasted record highs in the West are alarming enough, the actual temperature readings on the ground are now significantly higher than the "official" readings in almost all locations monitored by GeoengineeringWatch.org and others.
The latest "Temperature Departure From Average" map shown below is very revealing in regard to the true state of global temperatures. Where is it cool? Where not? The coming climate engineering cool-down in the eastern two thirds of the North American continent truly stands out. Antarctica also stands out as a focus of the global climate engineering assault, a primary element of which involves chemical ice nucleation for weather modification. Due to the recent collapse of the immense Larsen C ice shelf in Antarctica, the climate engineers appear to be fully engaged in an increasingly desperate and destructive attempt at damage control in the polar regions.
The increasingly radical swings in Greenland melt extent is another glaring red flag in regard to the on and off engineered cool-downs which include chemical ice nucleation as a major factor. The extreme fluctuations in the Greenland surface melt graph below are alarming and indicative of the ongoing climate engineering assaults in the region.
Sea surface chemical ice nucleation processes are also being utilized on a massive scale. The swirling patterns left from chemical ice nucleation materials on the sea surface are very clearly visible in the NASA satellite image below (east coast of Greenland). Such patterns are also clearly different from the usual broken ice mosaic seen in the upper right of the satellite image.
The power of chemical ice nucleation elements must be seen to be believed, the lab test shown in the 15 second video below gives a glimpse.
Arctic ice mass (volume) has dropped precipitously in recent decades and is now at dangerously low levels. In the attempt to hide this fact from the public for as long as possible, the climate engineers have decimated the planet and the atmosphere as a whole.
The very short animation in the video below is even more revealing in regard to the true state of the Arctic ice volume implosion.
Where are the US temperatures predicted (scheduled) to go in the coming months? The NOAA long term forecast map below reveal the accelerating warming that will soon become impossible to deny for even the most willfully blind.
Again, the record heat / record cool weather whiplash scenarios (that has now become the norm in the US and the world) is completely engineered, completely unnatural, and until the recent past, meteorologically unprecedented. Why would the climate engineers carry out such scenarios? Because engineered cool-downs (like the one currently slated for the eastern two thirds of the country) continue to fuel the division and confusion in the population as to the true extent of damage to the climate system (which global geoengineering is making exponentially worse overall while simultaniously destroying the ozone layer). The climate engineering manipulated cool-downs are, of course, only temporary. They are also highly toxic due to the geoengineering jet dispersion of chemical, heavy metal particulates and polymer fibers.
Just as there can be no legitimate discussion of the state of the climate without first and foremost addressing the global climate engineering assault, there can also be no legitimate discussion of climate engineering without addressing the constant engineered cool-downs and the chemical ice nucleation factor. Chemical ice nucleation is a primary element in the ongoing climate engineering assault. If climate engineering is to be effectively exposed and halted, this critical aspect of the equation must be understood and addressed. While the majority of the masses are still allowing themselves to be distracted with power structure orchestrated political theater, the biosphere is collapsing and every breath we take is being contaminated with the toxic fallout from the climate engineering operations.
