Climate Modification Catastrophe, A First Hand Account
89 year old New Mexico Rancher Tom Kelly has witnessed the destruction of weather modification first hand since the late 1940s. On a mountaintop above Tom’s Ranch a weather modification installation was constructed and subsequently expanded over the course of decades. Many arial operations occurred in the skies above Tom’s land in conjunction with the weather modification installation. Tom’s accounts of his encounters with the scientists that came and went are compelling. The sort of experimentation that Tom describes and has witnessed has been going on all over the country and all over the planet for so many years that there is virtually nothing left of Earth’s natural climate systems. In the front line account given in the recording below, a very clear picture is painted of the unfolding climate engineering nightmare that has been inflicted on our planet. How is it there are such anomalous cold events on an ever rapidly warming planet? Welcome to climate engineering and "artificial ice nucleation for weather modification". The geoengineers were able to manipulate some weather headlines and produce a few cold records in the Eastern US just before the end of October, 2014, with what they labeled as the "polar blast"(the constant record heat in so many parts of the planet are generally ignored by mainstream media). Engineered snow storms are a major part of the ongoing climate engineering assault on our biosphere. Massive fluctuations of temperatures and conditions accompany such unnatural events. There is no longer any "natural" weather, none.
Surreal photos from Slovenia's Worst Ice Storm In History (though mainstream media tried to make it seem as if such an event had happened before by saying it was the worst "in living memory", statistically it was an unprecedented event). I was contacted by people from Slovenia who made it completely clear that they believed this ice cataclysm was the result of weather warfare, punishment for resistance to outside political pressures.

Geoengineering Investigation Demanded By Numerous Experts
In 2014, citizens from Northern California rallied to create the largest attendance ever at the Shasta County Supervisors chambers (400+, chairman Les Baugh confirmed this attendance record at the start of the meeting). The primary purpose of this meeting was to present information that proves there is a very dire heavy metal contamination and UV radiation issue across the Shasta County region (and the world). A list of 10 experts presented data to the board to confirm the legitimacy of the concerns being addressed. At the end of the presentation, the board voted unanimously to investigate the heavy metal contamination and passed resolutions accordingly. Volcania Radio’s Richie Allen is an excellent host that is extremely passionate about getting at the truth. Though many are now waking up around the globe, it’s not happening fast enough and many that have woken up are not yet assisting with the effort to wake others. The state of the world is what it is because until now the vast majority have chosen to ignore the gathering dark clouds in order to pursue their personal pleasures or to hide from uncomfortable truths. Now the storm is upon us, ignoring this reality will only guarantee our collective demise. Every one of us must strive to be the pebble that triggers the landslide of awakening. All of us are essential to the whole at this most critical time. All of us are needed in the desperate battle to expose and stop the collective insanity that is running the world.
